Adderall 30mg XR, dosing and benzodiazepine questions.

This is a long one, but I'd appreciate the help.

I got a prescription for Adderall 30mg XR and had a few basic questions, but first I'd like to say a few things.

The first time I decided to abuse it, I took the capsule's (two, 60mg) and emptied the beads onto a plate. I then proceed to crush the beads with said spoon until they're (mostly) crushed. It's REALLY hard to get them all.
The problem here was that earlier that day I took 12mg Alprazolam (I have a massive benzo tolerance, don't worry), so I knew there were going to be diminished effects. From what I've been told and researched on Dextroamphetamine (which is a lot), the euphoria is almost as intense as MDMA. I did not get that. I got some slight euphoria, and I was very very focused on everything I was doing and music sounded amazing. It was a very, very clean high. Nothing at all like Methylphenidate. I re-dosed a few times (probably 3), one 30mg, and two estimated 50mg. This is all oral, by the way. All in all it was a really fun and enjoyable night.


Then, the next day when I woke up I decided to take some Temazepam. I downed 360mg at about 1pm and another 360mg at about 5pm. I assumed that since Temazepam is a very euphoric benzo that it would mix really well. At about 11pm, I took three 30mg XR capsules, crushed, put in paper towel, swallowed. I waited about two hours and felt barely anything at all. At around 2:30-3am I decided that if I took another 90mg that I would be extremely high. Well, I was high, but not even as close to the first night. I re-dosed in 60mg intervals every two or three hours, even snorting a few times. God damn, that's a disgusting drip. At around 9:30am I took 5mg Alprazolam and 300mg Temazepam, smoked a joint and fell asleep.

Woke up without a hangover. Slept about five hours before being rudely woken up by my ex girlfriend.

Since last night at 9:30am I have not taken a single benzo. I want to try 60mg at first since it will be much more stimulating.
There's one problem. I get insane anxiety and my heart races so fast when I do any stimulants. The only stimulant I can really do is MDMA because the euphoria blocks out all anxiety and you could care less.

So, from what I've been thinking: Alprazolam dulls the experience, and Temazepam essentially kills it. Temazepam definitely reduces the effects too much to even bother taking these two in the same day, unless it was Adderall first then Temazepam after.

I only have about 7 pills left, I want to have a good final night. Should I try 60mg, wait an hour, if I get too much anxiety, take 6mg Alprazolam and another 30mg Adderall? I've heard these are perfectly safe to mix together as they work on completely different parts of the brain. Benzodiazepines are also used to treat Amphetamine overdose, so there shouldn't be a problem mixing these together at the same time, right?

I'd appreciate some input on this.

I think your best bet is too hold off on the adderall for a few days. After heavy use it can be very hard to achieve a strong euphoric high even with very high doses. The amount you took is certainly up there and should produce quite strong effects.

Try to eat well and get good sleep for a few days and try it again. I abused adderall for a very long time, usually taking around 120mg of IR to get some nice euphoria. Whenever I included benzos into the mix they highly deminshed the euphoria felt from amphetamines.

I thought temazepam would go along nicely as well, but left me feeeling neutral, as if I took nothing. I would try 60mg crushed into a fine powder mixed in water to begin. Eat some food as well, unlike many drugs, amphetamines absorb better with food and have more pronounced effects. If you begin to feel like your heart is going to pop because that sucker is beatin amazingly fast, try taking the smallest amount of alprazolam needed to relieve the anxiety.

Ive noticed alprazolam has less effects on adderall than temazepam. You could also take a small dose of alprazolam before taking the adderall. This way you may avoid ever feeling the anxiety that comes with amphetamines and no longer need any benzos.

Timing would go as follows.

Lowest effective dose of alprazolam (2-4mg or so)

15 mins later 60mg crushed adderall in liquid.

Redose one and a half hours later if you haven't achieved a seedy euphoria.

Continue redosing as you feel necessary.

I typically take an initial dose of 60-120mg instant release and redose 15mg every 30mins. This allows me to maintain the peak effects of initial dose for a fairly long time.
Another thing that has always added to the euphoria was an energy drink. That may not be good for you because of the increased anxiety caffeine can produce, however the added euphoria may mask this.

When you begin to comedown you should take a but more alprazolam so you can enjoy the remaining effects of the adderall while avoiding the anxiety. Take temazepam when the last pleasurable effects of the adderall are gone.
