Adderall 10mg xr

I was wondering how many miligrams of adderall 10mg xr (crushed to a fine powder, snorted) it would take to get a good high?

I have used amphetamines for 2 and a half years so i have a pretty good tolerance, i did 30 mg the other night and didnt feel much at all.

Yea that should give you a nice buzz, 60mgs snorted usually keeps me up all night.
 
We don't field questions on how to get you high, but safe recreational dose questions are okay so I will assume that is what you meant OP ;)
 
snorting adderall is not fun because snorting mountains of powder is not fun, and the binders/fillers damage the nasal membranes and lungs
 
i normally take 60-80mg when i want a good adderall high. but i also take the IR. what i do is crush them down to a powder, boil some water, dump the powder into a cup, then pour the hot water onto the powder and drink it. it kicks in fast too.
 
I use to insufflate 15mg at a time. I'd crush a 30 then break it up into what looked like 4 equal lines. I'd do one in each nostril at a time with a little water after.
 
I've taken 230mg of adderall IR in a 8 hour period. I do not suggest this regimental dose at all, however to give you a random base point on where you DO NOT want to be - This was the speed threshold that gave me a transient ischemic attack.

I'm surprised you say youve been taking adderall for 2 years and don't know your dose though.. 60-80 mg should be good. I would use Creampuffs method of intake if i were you.

Yes, I would not go any higher than 30-40mgs and see how that works for you.. I'm sorta shocked that someone told him to take 80mgs.

Adderall XR, assuming you defeat the time release mechanism successfully (which isn't hard - the time release mechanism is shit) should be equivilent to normal adderall, on a milligram basis.
What is your normal dose of amphetamine? What do you normally take?
If you normally take instant release adderall, take the same amount of XR, or maybe a bit more to account for imperfect defeat of time release.

Also - snorting adderall, especially the XR, is not really the best way to take it. You get a lot of crap up your nose along with the good stuff, and that can slow absorption significantly - you end up with a nose full of snot-pill-binder-amphetamine (plus wax if it's the XR) mixture that doesn't get absorbed very well.

Note that for reasons which defy logic, a sizable portion of users find that adderall XR, even with the time release defeated, feels dirtier than adderall IR. I've taken both, and the difference is very pronounced, and all the friends of mine who have taken both agree on that. I cannot explain it.
 
I would say 30 40mg would be fine. Last time I did the xr i crushed it and parachuted it. It gave me a good not to speedy high for a good 24 hours. I dont use much adderrall but I found 30-40mg was enough.

Also recommend not snorting the XRs, or really any pills. Although I'm guilty of snorting the IR addies a time or two.
