Adderal mixed with Ritalin

I DID check the search engine and I couldn't find anything about mixing Adderal and Ritalin. From experience the two definitely amplify each other, but there aren't any negative physical effects from the mixing, are there? I'm pretty sure there aren't, but I'm not 100% sure. Thanks
 
Both drugs increase heart rate and blood pressure and put more of a strain on your body. And yeah I can imagine quite a lot of negative physical effects from mixing the two such as shakes, sweating, breathlessness, etc...
 
Presuming you don't mix these two in large quantites, the combo should be relatively safe....just don't' take more than you need to get high, and don't take more of both together than you would take of either alone.
