Adderal..... Help!

Last night i tood 2 40mg adderals at about 9pm. I had never done any amphetimines b4. Well i smoked sum green and drank a few beers with it. I was feeling great until about 1am when the weed and alchol wore off. Its 7am now. I've been up all night twitching, clenching my jaw, chewing my lips up, and i've had a headach and my stomach is killing me(I have ate tonight, it was really hard). I almost felt like I was rollin at its peak. (but a bad, nervous, twitchy roll). It hasnt been fun. I've been feeling feverish and sweating, and im constantly drinking water. I read somthing about dopamine saturation..can someone provide more info? I took my temp a few min ago and i have a 100 degree fever. My vison is way blurred too, but its getting better. I'm breathing heavy and it feels really intense. Im also on celexa...could this have any thing to do with it? thanks

ok its 7:20 now and im starting to freak...I think i may have overdosed. my muscles are contracting, im feeling cold, dizzy and lighheaded......what should i do??? Ride it out or go to the hospital?

ride it out...its fairly common...if you have them take some benzos but otherwise just relax...adderal's at a normal dose (not recreational) are susposed to last about 8 hours.

yea thats what i did. Im feeling better now, although im still speeding, its not as intense.

I've taken a bunch of that stuff before.. you'll be straight man.. just chill, close your eyes and think about shit so you space out.. you'll fall asleep eventually

Devil adderral... you figure it's harmless because it's a sissy prescription drug that is given to 10 year olds... but then it's noon, and it's 18 hours since you started eating pills, and you're pulse is about double the normal rate. I've been there and it's frustrating.
btw.. last time I took addies, I tried to fall asleep with Benedryl to no avail... It basically made my body totally sluggish, but my mind was still racing. Benzos and alcohol do the trick. They made me passed out again on my girl last night. At least this time she wasn't in the process of going down on me.
