Stimulants adderal first time...

i got a 20mg adderal but im not sure i even want to take it. I like euphoria but hate feeling nervous.I once took some phendermine and felt great at first then had terrible anxiety. I ve heard that adderal is much more of a smooth high...true? I have a couple of xanax and vicodin.What would the best way to take this and get some things done around the house but not feel like im going to have a heart attack? Im pretty sensitive to stimulents.I have a moderate tolerance to opiates.I'll just give it away if the comedown is anything like phendermine. Thanks.

I don't know anything about phendermine, but the adderal comedown is certainly not pleasant. However, if you have xanax and vicodin you should be fine. You should empty the little beads out of the capsule, crush them and parachute it. When you start to come down, take a few xanax and you should be able to sleep. The vicodin will come in handy for the headache you will have the next day (atleast I do after taking stims).

I doubt you will have problems with anxiety, but if you do atleast you have xanax.

The only times I've done Adderall I took 20mg. Never had a stimulant before either

I didn't have a comedown at all. First time I felt this slight tingly euphoria, with a lot of focus and concentration, and pretty talkative. Same with the other two times. Didn't feel wired or anxious or really "speedy" or anything. Was different than I expected. Much subtler, much....calmer.

Then the effects simply faded and I felt normal

Maybe I'm just lucky though. My sister takes it for her ADD and I think it goes pretty much the same way for her

If you don't like the anxious nature of Adderall, try taking 5mg or 10mg at the most. Don't take XR either, just IR. That way you get the most euphoria and the least anxiety out of it.

I have been prescribed Adderall XR and IR. I'm currently prescribed Adderall IR 30mg tablets (generic Amphetamine salts). In the morning I take either a quarter (7.5mg) or a half (15mg) of a 30mg tablet. In addition, I also take a 0.5mg Clonazepam (generic for Klonopin). This helps with the jitters and anxiety that arise throughout the day from the Adderall.

If you want the high to last then take the capsule but if you prefer a more rapid onset and if you don't want Amphetamine stomach (no appetite) then I would suggest parachuting the beads (remove them from the capsule).

Take 0.5mg Xanax when you take the Adderall. You could also take the Vicodin but then you may not have much desire to do (house)work. The euphoria would likely be greater if you did do this, however. But you should be set to do work with just the Adderall and Xanax cocktail.

If it's your first few times you shouldn't get terrible anxiety .

It usually happens to people who abuse it . Or people who stay up for days taking adderall .

Use it recreationally 1-2 every 2 weeks .
Or once a week for studying and u will b fine .





And drink plenty of water lol

I'd bump it up to 30 mg if you really want to reap the full benefits of the drug. Have some xanax for the comedown.
