Do you guys want to help me out with something?

I'm a big wikipedia editor and I've been working on improving a lot of the pages for known drugs and research chemicals for a few years now. I believe Wikipedia is a good resource, but I'm very afraid that there is bad information on it that could lead to people being harmed. I know I've seen and edited simple things like dosage from unsafely inaccurate values. It happens less these days, fortunately, but I am still concerned.

You guys have a lot of knowledge about some chemicals that I'm not very familiar with so I can't do much to improve. Please, I think it would be a really nice thing to do if you could go over some articles of substances which you are knowledgeable about and verify that they are safe and accurate in their content. If you don't want to edit the article, just post the inaccuracy here and I will fix it. Citations are a huge plus!

The biggest thing I'm worried about are dosages and contraindications (which are straight up missing on a lot of these pages), but if you feel like you have any knowledge at all which isn't already included then feel free to add it. Pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics could also greatly improve a lot of these pages.

These are some of the pages I am particularly concerned about:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MDPV
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/5-MeO-AMT
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alpha-Methyltryptamine
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diisopropyltryptamine
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benzylpiperazine (which I recently improved to Good Article status)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fentanyl and any other opiate, that's a class of drugs I'm pretty oblivious about
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Methamphetamine
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2C-I
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2C-B
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2,5-dimethoxy-4-bromoamphetamine
(in fact, anything on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2Cs or http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tryptamine)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DXM (or Ketamine, Salvia)

Thanks ever so much guys!

The psychedelic ones you linked to, and the ones i've looked at before seem fine for an introduction and in some cases have info i haven't seen elsewhere.

Did notice this though:

DOB has a stereocenter and R-(–)-DOB is the eutomer. This is an important finding as it is suggestive that it is targeting different receptors relative to most other PEAs (e.g. MDMA) where the R-isomer serves as the distomer.

How are the MDXX's 'most PEA's'? This should be on the MDMA page saying unlike most other PEA's the S-isomer is the more active.

As for dangerous doseage info, of course change it if you notice it. Someone would have to be pretty retarded though to look for a suitable dose of a drug on a site that anyone can edit and not check it elsewhere and start low regardless.

I'd say this on the 2C-B page is pretty inacurate:

Eating generally takes roughly 60-100 minutes for the effects to begin; when snorting the onset may begin in roughly 15-30 minutes.

More like about 1-2 minutes for snorting.

You felt 2C-B in 1-2 minutes snorted? Wow... I wonder what's wrong with my nose?

It took me at least 10 minutes to notice anything.

(smoked 2C-B base was felt within 2 minutes, though)

It goes on to say that people who have snorted 35-45mg have reported feeling it within 60 seconds. That's a pretty heroic dose really, I'm not at all suprised. 14mg snorted has had visuals forming on the carpets by the time I was putting the note back in my drawer.
