ADD pill popping (Ritalin, Adderall, etc)

I have avidly used meth for a while and I have snorted aderall/focalin, as I stated in a previous thread, snorting the inside contents of the plastic ADD pills had similar effects to those of a meth high. I have ADD and was wondering if I just popped one of these pills at night recreationally would it have the same effects of snorting?
 
IMO it will have a better effect, It will last longer.. you will just won't receive a concentrated rush, but since you are coming off meth, i'm not sure you will receive a "acceptable" rush anyway.. many times snorting substances down to a snort fixation, just like a needle fixation, always wondered why people bothered to snort benzos as i'm pretty sure the absorption is less and it produces no dopamine rush anyways 8( eat certain things and then take a quick deep breath through your nose to get the oxygen rush;).

i have to disagree with you on that one, a line of meth would have me way more spun than snorting adderal or ritalin...i dont suggest snorting those especially adderal. I had an episode where i snorted obscene quantities of it for weeks and ended up with an asthma episode and pulmonary infection. It was the xr capsules dont know it that has to do with anything. Anywas i suggest eating them, snorting adderal especially xr doesnt give you the full effects in my opinion. But meth did give me rushes sometimes, snorting add meds never did that. My .02

I'm going to edit the title a bit so it is more specific to your question.

Methamphetamine is an amphetamine stimulant just like Adderall (which is mixed amphetamine salts, that is, around 75% dextroamphetamine and 25% levoamphetamine) or Dexedrine (which is 100% dextroamphetamine). Ritalin is methylphenidate and isn't technically an amphetamine but produces similar effects.

lol how does you having ADD have anything to do with your question?

The effectiveness of snorting will vary with the type of release and the specific ADD pill that you choose to seek and abuse.
Some of these medications provide less of a rush when popping(orally).
 
I would just very finely crush the tablets and swallow them. It lasts longer and the comedown is less harsh.
Also, if you're not freaked out by it, you could rectally administrate the Amphetamine salts. That would provide a very powerful rush with a long duration of effect.
 
I was telling you I have ADD because my question was if I took one recreationally would it just have the same effects as if I had just taken one for medical reasons (helping my ADD)

What do you mean by administrate?

My particular Rx is for the super bold blue adderall IR tabs. When you crush and snort them, blue mucus drips from your nose later (especially when you're outside in the winter months!) I'd assume something similar might happen if I "booty bumped" them. Can't say I'm interested in finding out, ha.
 
Well um... I'm definitely not sticking a needle up my ass just to get high if that's what you're trying to say
 
No, it's not putting a needle in your bum. You would use a medication syringe like the kind they use to administer liquid meds to a baby. You can find them in any drugstore if you wanted to try that route. Snorting pills can be harmful, like the person above who got real sick from it.
 
Amphetamines salts (from what I recall) are very damaging to the lungs. When you sort amphetamines, you're using your primary mechanism for breathing, so the powder will end up in your lungs one way or the other. If you're not up for using an oral syringe than just crush the pills and put them in a wrap of toilet paper then swallow it.

Better yet, get some 000 gel caps. A lot nicer than toilet paper. 000 gel caps even make 'shrooms and piracetam bearable to take orally. 8o
 
I usually do lines of Ritalin and pop at least one full pill.i don't have ADHD but I do a lot of meth, but I still feel a difference. A friend and I just popped 3 pills no snorting and we didn't feel anything, it was a fucking waste, when i snort and pop I feel it

You generally need a higher dose when taking a drug orally than you would with insufflation.
 
It's not gay. It might feel uncomfortable but its not a homosexual practice anymore than it is a hetero one.
 
^It's as "wrong" as using a body part in a way it isn't usually used can be, and as for being gay...well, you can sexualize the process if you like, but most of us plug and then get kinky.

Nobody is trying to get you to change ROA though.
 
popular belief is that people with adhd/add wont get high from speed, thats 100% bullshit, its a CNS stimulant, and it will act asone regardless of concentration issues, ur still gonna get high as fuck and euphoric, having ADHD or not. as far as needing a higher dose orally, its worth it, u will be high for hours, and get the true effects of speed, when snorted, sure its convienient cuz u dont need to use as much, however duration is ridoclusly short lived, and the high is nothing close to taking it orally or rectally(plugging). Grow up, plugging is NOT WEIRD, or GAY. There as many PRESCRIPTION MEDS that are meant to be shoved up ur ass (thre cslled suppositories) so its a legit ROA legally, be open minded for once. snorting only goes so far cuz of few mucous membranes to absorb the drug, but rectally u have sooo many mucsous membranes that can absorb the drug, its a great high, with a rush, and durationis long also, and u willget the true effects like taken orally.
