Actor Tom Sizemore fails drug test (Updated 2/05/06)

His actions like what? He isnt hurting anyone. Seems like he is trying to take responsibility, going to treatement, etc. Obviously the guy isnt ready to stop, but in no means should he be thrown in jail for having a drug habit, ludacris.

It pisses me off when I even start the think about all the non-violent drug offenders clogging up our jail system. When is are govt. gonna get off its fat white ass and change the structure of jail and offer rehab as a sentence.
Arghh

since when is sizemore a non-violent guy ?? he isn't hurtin anyone ? let me refresh your memory ....

LOS ANGELES, California (AP) -- Actor Tom Sizemore was convicted Friday of one count of physically abusing former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss and several charges of harassing and annoying her

In the interim, he said, he will decide what to do about another case in which Sizemore is accused of seven counts of domestic violence involving another woman.

During six days of testimony the jury heard angry and obscene messages left by Sizemore on Fleiss' answering machine and accounts of violent fights and of the actor smashing things.

he was found guilty of a fourth count stemming from an April 8, 2002, incident in which Fleiss said he punched her in the jaw at a Beverly Hills hotel. The prosecution had pictures of the injuries taken by a friend.

The jury also found him guilty of one count of making a criminal threat to Fleiss which put her in fear of her safety

lets see, punchin a women in the jaw, charged with seven other counts of domestic violence towards women, convicted of making criminal threats towards women, possesing methamphetamine while on probation for punchin a women in the jaw, we all know meth addicts are the most non-violent people 8)

I believe all that is behind him...

What do you think this guy should be in jail because he has a meth addiction and he cant control himself? Thats what it sounds like to me.

You know what I meant he is only hurting himself with his addiction, other around him might get bruised but its him thats suffers the true pain of addiction. Jail for having a habit is insanity at its finest. Unfortunetly we live in an insane world.

Tom Sizemore gets probation for drug use
Judge Gives Actor Tom Sizemore Three Years Probation for Using Methamphetamine Last Month

LOS ANGELES Feb 9, 2006 (AP)— A judge on Thursday sentenced Tom Sizemore to three years probation after the actor tearfully admitted he used methamphetamine last month.

Sizemore, 44, could have faced 16 months in prison after violating his probation stemming from a conviction for methamphetamine possession.

The judge's sentence included a 90-day stay at a drug treatment program. Sizemore also must submit to weekly drug tests the entire probationary term, said court spokesman Allan Parachini.

The judge's decision came after a series of hearings to determine if Sizemore's probation should be revoked a second time.

Sizemore's probation was revoked in July after he admitted using a prosthetic device to fake a drug test and failing to be checked for drugs every three days. A judge reinstated probation in October after concluding Sizemore had begun to make "remarkable" progress in his battle with drugs.

Sizemore then tested positive for drugs Jan. 23.

The actor, who appeared in "Saving Private Ryan" and "Black Hawk Down," was convicted in 2003 of domestic violence involving his ex-girlfriend, former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss. He is free on bail pending an appeal in that case.
