Activities to replace drug use with?

Weightlifting. Really any kind of exercise since you get dem endorphins which is your body giving you a natural hit of opioids.

Are you looking to kick all drugs or just H btw?
is it weightlifting if you're weighing out your coke? am i stupid high or did i really come across something at some point along the lines of the body forgetting how to produce natural opioids after heavy use over a very long period of time?

Yeah, I think sport is a great replacement for drugs.

I plan on starting up football again next summer because I recently quit smoking. I always missed it (haven't played in about 9 years) and I've gotten more high on the football pitch than any drug...including the time I ate 7g of mushrooms and left Earth.
I think I can honestly say that as much as I love mushrooms and MDMA, the endorphin rush of playing football is my favourite high....not to sound like some weird anti-drug public service advert.

Rock climbing and skiing are also decent highs, but those are more tweaky what with the adrenaline from the "fuck, am I going to die" aspect of them.

I wonder how many hobbies I could have actively going right now if I didn't spend it all on drugs.

That being said I feel I am black & white, all or nothing, and I cannot have any hobbies while using drugs for the life of me kind of fed up with my drug use not enjoyable these days mainly a dazed glaze of awareness I am after or chasing the dragon of the first high but it is consuming everything now rather have some hobbies got nothing to do with getting high now it is an uphill battle but I guess life isn't a circus or parade is it? Not for all of us at least

Snowboarding, hiking, cooking, baking, sports, join a ultimate frisbee or soccer league or something, boxing, MMA, the beach, surfing, dirt bikes, street bikes, convertibles, go for a drive, explore new towns and locations, travel take a vacation, save money, invest, hit a quarry with a rope swing, go camping, learn to golf, shoot hoops, lift weights, video games

That’s some of my sober activities
