When in jail, I thought they could give inmates skunk beer or something. This was before the spread of legal weed. So, to inmates, give them pot and beer, it would boost morale. Delete if you think it's off topic, but inmates deserve better in the states at least. Not sure how they get treated in canada. I could see the point of clean heroin in tainted areas. But maybe detox them and teach them to pot and booze.

Why does the headline say pure when the text says "percentages of the substances they contained".

If it's any percentage below approximately 100, it's not pure. .

To be fair, the headline only states 'free' unless I've missed something. The text of the article also only states 'clean' samples. Can't see any mention of purity - unless I'm too pissed too read it properly (which is entirely possible)
