Actiq (Fentanyl)

I read some reports of people who put the gel on topically and put it behind there ear, which makes sense because the ear is closest to the brain. I just chewed on 75mcg worth of fentanyl and barely feel anything, its barely even effecting my pain. I have a huge tolerance, I need to get the 100mcg patches and some instant release morphine or oxymorphone for breakthrough pain.
 
I personally dont like the aqtic that much unless i mix it with an 80 oxy (I get the 600mcg) I find that on there own there isnt enough of a nod ive tried takin 3 at a time just too much money if ya ask me they go for 10 -15 bucks a piece
