That isn't necessarily true. Granted methadone overrides many other opiates, if I consume enough of the fentanyl it will win over the opiate receptors and the effects WILL be felt. The only reason methadone overpowers many other opiouids is because it wins the battle for the receptors. But, ENOUGH of anything will result in getting high off that substance...

It all depends on your body and how much methadone you take. For me, I take 120mgs of Methadone a day. If I wanted to Feel my oxycontin, Id either have to take a shitload of oxy( or fentynyl) or bring down my tolerance of methadone in order to "feel' the oxy.

I think its wiser to bring down one to enhance the other. With that said. I can take my usual amount of methadone, oxy and I still feel the effects of the fentora...(that sais a lot about how strong the Fentora is)
 
yea but i think he is implying that u should try and wait as long as possible after last dosing the methadone especially if u take over 60-80mg or more daily like @ mmt.

like why just skip a dose if u can wait until u get sick and then use....personally @ 110mg daily of methadone, i couldnt get high on any opiate. i took insane amnounts anyways to try it, im talking 320mg of oxy and 90mg morphine with not even an itch lol.

even without skpping ur dose, two whole 50mcg patches, thats a total of 10 MILLIGRAMS of fentanyl....thats alot dude. it takes me smoking/sublingually dosing fent for three or four days straight to be able to handle doses above 2mg or so at once. i would cut one patch open, apply a few BB sized globs on the tongue and let sit for 20 mins, and THEN smoke BB sized globs of the foil until u feel desired effects....if u are sure ur tolerance is massive, take like 1/4 or 1/3 of the entire patch's gel sublingually/buccal and still wait 20 minutes before smoking BB globs.

im telling u dude, dont ingest 5mg all at once.
 
^I can take 200 mg methadone and 300 mg hydro or oxycodone with no problem. I'm not too worried about 5 mg fentanyl. I'm not trying to dicksize, just stating what my tolerance is like. I'm not overly concerned with taking that much fent. and I don't feel that dose is that large given my already high tolerance...
 
to each his own, but i find fentanyl such a waste. i dont get that wired feeling that i love getting from roxi blues or even a nod feeling i get from 80s. i just get this numb feeling like lidocaine or something. i tried 1800 lollis twice and both times i wish i never spent the money for it.
 
also can u get high off just wearing the patches? anyone have any experience with the pill if its easier to abuse for recreational value? i could prolly get the pills. ive eaten the 25mcg gel straight out of the duragesic patches and didnt feel shit. i have a high tolerance but it shouldnt be that high. any info u can give me asap is greatly appreciated. thank u. oh one more thing, if i could get morphine IR pills should i get those to inject? i basically have access to all of those pills so im trying to find the most euphoric one. i got the roxane 4mg dilaudid. i get a rush but was extremely dissapointed, not as euphoric as oc's. so far most euphoric things ive done is 80mg oc's and heroin. im wondering if i should try to get the oxymorphone if they are injectable.

neways, no i dont think u could snort the gel unless u found a way to dry it out and even then, the absorbtion of fent is so good bucally, there is no need....just place desired amount of gel inside mouth and do not swallow for 15 minutes! also, smoking it is pretty damn efficient its crazy cause u think u would waste alot, but if u do it correctly it really works quite well and its much much easier to adjust the dose...if its not enough just take another hit!!

and to all those saying fentanyl isnt that great of an opiate, let me ask u this, did u really think oxy/h was the shit the VERY first time u tried it?!?!?

and also i personally believe taking the gel orally is a waste!! so to all those who said they swallowed a whole Xmcg patch and didnt feel shit maybe thats why! try smoking it and taking some buccaly(against the cheek)....
 
the average i.v. dose of Fent. is 10micro grams. That is kind of hard to measure. you sure as hell arent going to eyeball it, if your just off a bit, you could easily die. I have heard of so many people dying because of fentynyl od's. People, use your brains when it comes to these types of meds....
 
i dont think even a non tolerant user would get high from 10mics

however, i do agree...be careful w/the shit!
 
if u put the fentanyl gel in yer mouth isnt it kind of hard to not swallow for 15 minutes? do u just put the gel and rub it on the inside of yer cheek? also how do u dry out the gel? do u just put it on some alumnim foil and blowdry or air dry it? ive tried smoking it on tin foil before and it doesnt really get me high, it evelevates my mood slightly but doesnt really ever put me over the top and only lasts a couple minutes. i think i waste alot of it that way. im really interested in sniffing it tho. ive shot the gel before, jus added water, didnt heat it up but maybe i should have. didnt really get a rush but got a nice nod effect. anyone have any good info on drying out the gel and the best 2 methods of taking fentanyl sandoz patches.
 
i already told u...place in mouth and simply dont swallow...jesus its not like ur taking a glassfull of fent gel...a dose is quite small and even an entire patch's contents could be placed in the mouth without swallowing.

anyways i am not sure how to dry out the gel and ur yield would be minimul since even a 100mcg patch only contains 10 total MG of fent which is barely anything to the naked eye!

the best two methods once again are taking the gel buccaly(inside the mouth without swallowing preferablly against the cheek), or smoking! i am telling u search some of my recent posts for a thread in drug basics aboutf fentanyl and i give a very detailed description and method for properly smoking the gel. i have a large tolerance and i get very very high off a handful of good hits from a 75mcg patch when using the foil method just do it properly!!

so in order of efficiency:
1. wear as directed
2. buccal
3. smoked

best ways to get high:
1. smoked
2. buccal
3. oral
4. worn as directed

i promise u wont be dissapointed if u get the smoking method down correctly...sure its not the most efficient but even needing 6-7 bags of heroin in one shot, i manage to get very high off about 5-6 good hits of gel!

well i dont get the best H im in atlanta...good shit here is probally considered average as fuck in jersey/philly/bmore/etc

however its mostly tolerance and im nearly certain weight has little to do with how much you need.
 
^ ive too noticed weight has little to do with dosage. My girlfriends 300 lb cousin gets higher than me off a much lesser dose than what I need to get high and I only weight 135 lbs and all I get is pretty average stuff too (i live a couple miles out of Detroit)
