umm fentanyl IS very clean that is a great great way to describe it....it doesnt have the body load that heroin or oxy has on me(ie. using even small amounts that wont get me high makes me sedated and lethargic w/oxy/heroin/hydrocodone).
however, it is FAR from not being itchy. i actually have some scabs from my last fentanyl binge a week ago!! scratched myself until i bleed, first time ive ever done that. plus i had to use a backscratcher cause my whole fucking body was itching and i couldnt reach everywhere.
fentanyl works very very very well when taken sublingually....after i use up my patches, the next week i get high off the "empty" patches by cutting them up and placing under the tongue...15 minutes later im itching my balls and nodding out. works amazingly well and i can tell you it is a very effecient way.
thing is, whenever i have FULL patches w/gel and stuff, i end up smoking all of it instead of dosing it out sublingually...much less efficient smoked, but its like crack-heroin or something...soooooooo amazing is the rush from smoked fentanyl.
last time i got patches which was a week ago, i had a base tolerance, maybe slightly higher like say 40-60mg of oxycodone....i took TWO hits of gel off some foil and the entire feeling consumed me within seconds.
needless to say i was in nod-land the rest of the week.
