Acquiring syringes in the Philippines?

How easy is it to acquire syringes in the Philippines, specifically Manila? Is it just a matter of walking into a pharmacy and asking for syringes?

I suppose it's so you don't just join up to send PMs to certain people without contributing to the forum. If you allowed it in your email settings, people can elect to send an email to you via the site.

It is, but the section we are under is Australia & Asia. We don't see too much discussion about the Asian drug scene, so when it does occur it happens in here because there isn't enough to warrant it's own forum.

Besides, what's the harm?
 
the whole Asian drug scene is more underground than our smack scene..

I always love readin the Asian threads in Aus. DD.. always an interestin read..
 
It seems weird that in a country so harsh on any and all drug use syringes would be OTC no questions asked, I don't doubt your knowledge rachamim but do you know if there is any particular reason this would be the case? I don't imagine harm reduction is a big concern for the law makers over there.
 
can you buy prescription medicines otc in the phillipines? perhaps it's so poorer people can give injections to themselves without the cost of a doctor? (hormones and whatnot)
