Acid on period

I'm going to a music event tomorrow and was planning on taking a quarter tab just for mild enhancement but I got my period today. I don't really have cramps this time. Even not on my period, acid gives me a slightly crampy feeling in my uterus. Is it likely going to be uncomfortable tomorrow? I'm also wondering if it'll cause heavier bleeding.
