i dosed at around late 11ish and continued to smoke chronic bowls until around 12:45-1:00ish. i started to feel really weird :). got back up to my dorm and my fucking roomates sleepin so i couldnt really crank the music. oh well. threw in dicks picks 35 (thats the grateful dead). i pretty much just laid in bed, watched the walls morphing and jerry tearing it up.

strong visuals. i could close my eyes for aw while and i was at a dead show. i was jerry for a while.

the peak was quick and good but it didnt really last. i came down fast around 4am. i ate a buncha temazepam around this time. never really went to sleep. went to history at 9:10 and ACED my fucking exam. then math, took notes. was back in my dorms at 12. i feel great today.

eeat this stuff. theres plenty to go around i assure u ;)
 
^a great afterglow AND knowing you aced an exam?... i'm a bit jealous on that one, it's the best of both worlds, ahah.. glad to hear someone's havin a great day out there

Please don't do things like that. I'm not in the rave scene, but I really resent people who come into MY scene without really being into it just for the drugs. And trust me, we can tell.
 
Yeah, I dunno about going into the rave scene, I wouldn't know where to find one and I would feel out of place/uncomfortable. But at the same time, if I were to find a rave, I'm sure theres a large possiblity that someone there has some drugs of interest, I just don't want to be that guy, you know?

Oh well I'll just hold fast and wait for the right time...it will come around again in my small circle of friends...but I hope its sooner rather than later, gotta graduate sometime!

well, i do go to raves for the music ... it's just that i am clearly out of place among the typical people that go to raves. i'm much more of a hipster type but i do have typical raver friends and it's not like i show up to a rave, buy my drugs and leave. i stay for the whole night until 6 am, love the music, chat up the people... but it's still not a scene i'm "into". i don't feel like i'm disrespecting it in any way though. am i wrong?

i know what you mean by that guy, as in the guy who asks around for drugs and it's like ... 8) find your own, you know? usually what happens to me at raves is i get offered a plethora of e and lsd. so i don't get to feel like the bad guy!
 
Ha, what a world we live in. The over lapping interests of "scenes" results are amusing to me.

Reminds me of how certain religious groups ie: native americans, muslims, etc. often criticize new age eclectic religions for not being involved with every aspect and just taking away a piece which they interpret as disrespectful.
Then you have members of the same group glad to have 'sacred knowledge/truths/ideas' whatever, diffused across the population for a positive result.

I dont really have a comment on which is right or wrong i guess, just an observation to think about, sorry if it doesnt make sense. :)

I also think people forget that people, well the majority in western society, buy larges amounts of drugs at a wholesale price in order to sell individual amounts and turn a profit, thusly it is in their best interest to sell these things to people. So if some dude comes along lookin to explore consciousness or whatever the case and knows where to get what he wants, whats the matter as long as he is respectful?

However, i really identify with the whole that guy thing and know of the way these people behave; so im really not trying to criticize anyones comments/feelings/views and empathize with them.

Also, it is real hard to find a 'scene' if you dont have a way to comfortably get into it or just dont like/are not interested in what the 'scenes' an individual knows of, are about.

anyway back on topic, where in the midwest are ya at dyslecstasy, and what kind of prints have you been seeing?
 
I know what you mean, SomeKindaLove. I've never been to a rave, but its kind of fucked up because I listen to electronic music like its my job. I love trance, ambient, hard trance, progressive, all of it. It's the shit. However I've never gone to a rave and most of the time there is no acid "on the street" where I live. Or at least, I'm not finding it.

Somehow though the idea of going to a rave just to get the acid doesn't even seem worth it to me. I guess I'm just not that desperate to go out of my way and drive all the way to a rave which are normally in secluded locations to begin with. I'd much rather just wait until it crosses my path during my "normal" lifestyle, if that makes sense.
 
Delsyd, those hofmanns are the real deal for sure. And if they aren't I wouldn't worry about it, because EVERYONE I know prefers them over their local acid by far. I love those things, though they do seem too intense for some. (especially the cocky ones who take two when they aren't ready :P)

I think we just get too paranoid sometimes.

Anyone have some DOx blotters around minneapolis... I picked some shit up last night and it was on this weird print with a jsut a bunch of colors on it, it kind of looked familiar and then I remembered that a year ago I bought some "LSD" laid on the same blotter art and it turned out to be DOC..... what are the chances that the same shit is still going around...anyone see this print?

^^^The only way to find out is by eatting a hit...... if it tastes bitter then it is most likely a DOx compound or some other RC

No i have not seen the blotter you speak of lately, but i do remember an abundance of funky 'tie dye' blotter with either a blue or a red back, i was thinkin they were a DOx because they were bitter and seemed to last a unreasonable amount of time and be rather speedy. Are these what your talkin about?

As far as i know the only hits around are good. white on white, leary and kesey blotters is what i know is about.
