If I was to put a trip in an ice cube tray and fill it with water and then freeze it then would it still work if I eat the entire ice cube. Or put better, if my freezer defrosted and a couple of trips ended up in a puddle in the middle of the freezer which then refroze. Would it work still if I eat all the ice?

um, not necessarily. LSD is not the toughest molecule around... if the water is reallly, really purified then you may be in with a chance... If it was tap-water or has a fair chance of having impurities in it then I'm fairly certain you'll be out of luck.
Heat, sun-light and chlorine will all degrade acid... (and most non-ultra-purified water contains enough chlorine to do the trick... just ask the CIA)
Good luck... the worst thing that can happen is that you'll get no effect.... (or loose a shit load of money... depending on the scale

dude, read some of the posts about acid....It ain't that fragile...That's like saying you will ruin a trip if you put it in alcohol. It still works....
There was one post where a person described how they had their acid mix in with ice which later melted...he claimed that there was no loss in potency...I tend to believe it

Dirty_Deed: You're looking at two different time scales there though. If you drop a trip into a beverage that you will drink immediately there is not much time for anything to react.
Maxi was right in saying that if you had some pure water (and I'm talking distilled purified de everythingified H20) then you could pour water over it and freeze it.
BUT, the water that forms from defrosting a freezer has very little chance of being pure and while it is sitting in the 'defrosted' water (before refreezing) it probably wouldn't make the acid very happy at all.

if you were worried about impurities in the water, just go to a chemist and get yourself deionised water.
then, when you get home, just before your about to do it, ask yourself, WHY???

Wouldn't the ice in a freezer(not the cubes) be formed via condensation,so wouldn't the water be fairly pure??It would have no chlorine in it anyway.

Definitely, assuming no other water has spilt into the freezer. Actually the ice would be almost perfectly pure.
This could actually be a good source of pure water if u need it in a hurry. Provided, modern refrigerators self-defrost, so this may not work for everyone....

Uhm, normal tap water contains lots of chemicals such as flourine and CHLORINE.
both which will damage lsd-25.
But why nto give it a try anyway, i've seen people trip off paper that was sitting on the floor of cars for a week.
