Aching Throat and Chest

Last night I railed around 3-400mg of MDMA. I was feeling great until the comedown really started, and then I felt a small pain in the middle of my chest, which grew more painful and spread to my throat. I really can't do much that involves heavy breathing, or coughing without my chest and/or throat being in a good amount of pain. I smoked less than the usual amount of cigs, but I don't think 4 cigs would leave me feeling like this.

Yeah, it's pretty tough to get all this shit out when I can't even cough. Have you heard of this?

Anything I can do to speed up the process? Steam shower possibly?

head over a bowl of steaming hot water and towel with a drop of aloe vera might help

Chest pains should be treated as a medical emergency. If you are lucky it was just anxiety from being tense. If you are unlikely those could be extremely serious side effects which could lead to fatality.

I recommend visiting a doctor for an EKG.
