how to do an acetone wash on my amp/meth and will it also wash away ephidrine

Use anhydrous acetone (dry out magnesium sulphate in an oven, let cool, mix with acetone & decant, use quickly), and no, it will not remove ephedrine if it's present as the salt form. (which it will almost certainly be)
