RCs Acetone and Metal for herbal blends

Is it safe if I use a big bowl of stainless steel to make my herbal blends? I intend to use the soak/bath method and I ain't got a glass apparatus for it. The big stainless steel bowl is suitable to make a few kilos from it. The solvent i'm gonna use is a pure acetone. Tested and proven to be pure. I tried to google it and most people use acetone to clean metals and some even mention that metal is corrosion resistant but safe enough to use acetone. But the thing is, I do not intend to clean the bowl. So is it safe enough for me to use Pure Acetone on my stainless steel bowl to make my very own herbal blends? It's hard for me to find a suitable size for a glass bowl these days at my local stores.

Yes, but use a little bit to clean the bowl first. Acetone dissolves oils and any residue that might be on the steel bowl. So wash it with soapy water first, dry it off, then rinse with some acetone, just to be sure you're not contaminating whatever you're trying to extract with fingerprints and machine oil.
