No. It comes in either 10 or 20mg pills.

No it won't make you shoot for the moon MDB. If anything it may make it harder (LOL etc) to ejaculate. Neither will it increase libido. Yeah, blood flow is about it. But it works well. For 2-3 days.

I have used Hongdenafil to combat "speed dick", as someone earlier so eliquantly put it, many times. I do not have ED unless using stims(MDMA and Methylone mostly) and I have found that 50mg seems to do the trick well. 25mg works, but does not bring the little soldier to a FULL salute... 100mg made me uncomfortably hard for 24hr past when the stims wore off.

50mg taken 1 hr before taking any stims... you wont have any trouble during your evening, and you will still notice the effects all day the next day.

Anyway... Cialis (tadalafil) is an excellent companion drug. As mentioned before, it usually lasts for at least a day. 10mg goes the full 36 hours for me. I can usually only get the 20mg so I just split them in half. 10mg is plenty for a 24 hour period, and if it starts to drop off... er... droop, I guess, in this context, I just take the other half.

I do disagree slightly with something said earlier: It doesn't directly affect libido (as far as I know) but when the slightest breeze or vaguest thought brings you to full attention - not to mention the attention of another - you'll be ready and able, and as long as you're not completely disinterested in whomever you're with, you'll probably be more than willing. So, maybe not physically, but your libido might be boosted psychologically - which, as far as I'm concerned, is where most of it resides.

For me, at least, after I've hit jackpot I can keep performing for a fairly long while with only a slight decrease in stiffness. And as long as I haven't been abusing my body to the point of injury, it only takes about an hour to be able to continue the play.

It is incredibly useful during hours-long MDMA playdates with close friends. My first explosion during such sessions is usually the last for several hours, but with this stuff I don't need to take any breaks at all.

I'm assuming others have similar experiences with this class of drugs, but I haven't personally used any others.

This is NOT true of Viagra and the like. If I take Viagra with MDMA or amphetamines or coke it feels like my heart is going to explode. So, not fun.

well MDB PDE5 inhibitors dont have an aphrodisiac effect per se. they make things easier to get up and go so to speak, so they might give the impression that the disposition for sex comes easier which may be interpreted as aphrodisiac...

as far as ejaculation is concerned there are a few things to consider. a lot of people who think they have PE dont really have it as a diseas, but more on a psychological level. so the notion that they can get it up and keep it up might help them with PE. Also, some people find that ejaculation can come faster if one is not fully erect, but is more controllable when fully on.
no effect on intesity for the user, but might be overall better for the partner, especially because it gives increased confidence

Got my aMT and acetidenifil yesterday.
Because I take wellbutrin (bupropion) I guess my aMT is going to be shelved for a bit just like my 25i-nbome.



Substances used:
Acetidenifil- 15mg's total, consumed 5mg, 1hr-5mg more-2hrs, 5mg more.
Ethylphenidate- 150mg total, 50mg, then 1.5hrs 50 more, 2hrs 50 again.
Beer- 5
Spliffs- 3
Bupropion (wellbutrin) 300mg's daily for ADD.


Now, my dick,...er, trip report:

I took 100mg acetidenifil and mixed it into cornstarch so as to make a powder that yields 5mg's/ 1/8tsp.

At 6:30 I took 5mg's acetidenifil and waited an hour, nothing much beyond placebo.

At 7:30 I took another 5mg's.

At 9:30 I took 5mg's more.

So then, here I go and muddle everything up and become an another one of those people who destroy the purity of the research, I took another drug,, but this one is different.
I have been developing this weekend habit of using ethylphenidate for herculanian Internet porn sessions of 6,7 hours usually,of which at times the first few hours are spent trying to get up to full salute. (Note, this is ethylphenidate induced ED)
Not this time, I fired up the computer at 7:30, squirted 50mg's ethylphenidate in 10ml's water and shoved it up my butt in a (needle removed) then I rolled and smoked a joint.

So, long story short, I had a rock hard erection (with pee breaks) for the whole 7hr session!

As there are only few reports on this chemical, I have to post my own experience. I saw this available on a vendors site, and as we're planning a threesome or a foursome with my girlfriend in the near future, I decided to order it to avoid any unpleasant surprises. There will probably be alcohol and possibly some stims involved and I usually have a huge problem getting it up in these cases.

Ordered it and in a few days received a baggie with 500mg of snow white flour like powder labeled Acetildenafil.

Test #1:
Also ordered MPA with it and did about 100mg. After MPA or any other good stims basically, I usually get extremely horny, like 5-hours-of-porn horny, but I usually can't get it fully up and have to try reaaally hard to finish.

I did an allery test of the Acetyl one hour before, and after MPA drank 5mg in a glass of water. After an hour nothing happened, so I did another 5mg. Still nothing so another 6-7mg. Then in about 20 minutes, I could feel the soldier getting harder, not rock hard but much much better than before. I could finish without any problems when I wanted to.

Test #2:
Had a rough day at the office, and the lady went on her night shift, so I decided it was time for a porn maraton. :D Popped two 2mg diclazepams to relax and 30mg of Acetyldenafil. Unfortunately I was too tired, and slept through it like a log for 10 hours.

Test #3:
Had a wonderful day with my girl on a nearby lake, drank a few beers, few shots and each had two lines of amphetamine. When we got home, she wanted to try something psychedelic (these are my drug of choice, but she usually gets scared on them and doesnt really like them). Had AMT, nBOMEs and 5-meo-mipt in the fridge, so I decided to give her 7mg of 5meo. I know how erotic 5meo can get, so I popped 35 mg of Acetildenafil. In 15 minutes it hit her and she got reeeeally horny and begged me to fuck her. I was already hard so I put on our sex playlist and we fucked like animals for more than an hour. No sign of orgasm at both of us, so we paused for a bit. She said she felt like she was fucked by three men and was in a completely other dimension.

But I'll skip the details and get back to Acetil. I the next 6 hours, we fucked for 11 times. Unbelievable. The most we did it in one day was about 6-7 times at the beginning of our relationship (6 years ago). But this time it was wild, we did some kinky things which she usually doesn't want to. As soon as I came, I could get it back up. It wasn't extremely rock hard like when you have a cock ring or as I heard it is after viagra, but still very hard in a matter of minutes, no problems at all. I haven't done anything similar like viagra or cialis, but I heard of viagra's side effecs and cialis' long duration, which puts me off as I would only need it when combining with stims or alcohol. I experienced absolutely NO side effects, even though I combined it with a few beers, shots, bit of amphetamine and a bottle of champagne. I would definitely recommend this chemical for these purposes, but be careful, after all it is a research chemical which we still don't know much about, even though it's been on the market for a few years I think. Start with an allergy test, and dose low for the first time, you never know what effects it could have on you, better safe than sorry! I've heard of 110mg pills, which seems a lot to me, as I was very satisfied with 35mg.

It would be nice to hear some other reports though.

speaking of sildenafil I bought some generic sildenafil pills of a well known uk online chemist and they are shite, meant to be 100mg but they feel more like the 50mg, the Kamagra pills are way better than them.
