I have eight Oxycodone 5/350's. This adds up to 2800mg acetaminophen. I have a moderate tolerance, I know 40mg is fine, but is the 2800mg of APAP safe? I weigh 150lbs, I have taken 2000mg at a time before with no negative effects noticed. I haven't taken any APAP for about a month and I haven't drank alcohol in the past week.
I know someone will reply with "Do a CWE", but I'd much rather not unless i absolutely have to. So, sound safe? Just double checking, being careful.

Please use the search engine man.
This question is asked pretttyyy much every day.. surely there is a thread in the past 3 pages on it.

If you arent taking any APAP days before or after, then you will be fine... Just might feel a little shitty.

There. I didnt tell you to do a CWE (though I wouldnt get in the habit of NOT doing it) if you do this often

To the FDA, 4000mgs a day is the current limit but, they know that is not safe anymore, and is still to be changed by more votes.
So, it is assumed the new single max dose will change as well, (650mgs.)
A lot of apap overdoses do not originate over the counter, instead by us users of prescription pain meds mixed with it.
It accumulates in the body and causes liver failure in the future.
Caffeine triples the amount of the toxic byproduct produced during the breakdown.

It takes more for others, but keep into account that this kind of stuff is always based on averages. It would be impossible to find everyone's limit.
