Acetaminophen and hydrocodone bitartrate 500 mg / 5 mg. i got a few of them and was wondering what they are exactly. some people tell me there Vicodin and some tell me there lortabs. but i ran out of bud and only have these it been a while since ive done any other drug then marijuana or alcohol so i was wondering how many of them i should take

They are the generic form of Vicodin/Lortab.

Careful with the APAP... But take 2-3 and you'll be OK.

Umm, I would start off taking at least 2-3. Hydrocodone is actually quite weak compared to Oxycodone, Hydromorphone, Oxymorphone, etc but it is still a LOT stronger than Tramadol & Codeine. The only thing you have to watch is the amount of Acetaminophen (Tylenol) - Do NOT Exceed 4000mg within 24 hours. You should have a nice buzz off 3 of those. 15mg of Hydrocodone = about 10-12mg of Oxycodone roughly. Hydrocodone does metabolize into Hydromorphone in the body though.

Up in Canada here we have Hycodan 5mg Tabs, but it is a Triplicate Prescription, and it contains no APAP (Acetaminophen) and it is Hydrocodone Bitartrate.

And like sekio said, Vicoden, Lortab, and Norco are all hydrocodone/acetaminophen.

None of them are going to give you what bud gives you though. I'm off bud because of drug testing I have to do but there's nothing that ever gets me in the fade like smoking a bowl. I have insomnia like a bitch since I had to stop smoking.

There's just not enough fade in hydrocodone to suit me. I hope you find what your looking for, cod.
