Accutane + Ecstasy = No effect??

Ive been on Accutane for 6 months now, just adding another 6 month course.
the first 2 months i was still able to roll, now at 6 months ive taken large doses of mdma with zero effect. The pills are fine, both girlfriend and friend rolled off them fine. Please not asking for the 4k+ poster to link a bunch of out dated search results. Anyone with any knowledge of this and why it is preventing me from rolling?

Is There A Doctor In The House?

Im asking for people that know there OTC drugs and might be able to help me. Okay heres the situation, I started taking this POWERFUL drug named accutane (for my skin) about 6 months ago while taking Ex about every 2 weeks. At about 3 months of taking accutane, i became unable to roll, i mean i would take up to 8 CLEAN, TESTED pills in one night and only get the huge pupils and dehidration. Before i started taking this drug there was precautions of depression, but im not sure if accutane is classified as a depressant. Im willing to stop accutane to still be able to drop (EDC is comming up!) and am wondering if accutane is effecting my rolling / if it is how long is the wait time of me being able to roll after i stop taking it (half-life?) Thanks in advance
 
I doubt retinoids interact with mdma in a negative way, but I admit I dont know that much about them myself. My guess is that your frequent use and large doses played a bigger part here. You've been using mdma too much, and I'd go so far as to say you're into "abuse" now. :\
You need to abstain from mdma for a few months.
Oh, and the half life of isotretinoin is ~15 hours.
 
I thought that stuff just lost its FDA approval for safety reasons. Where are you located?

I dont know about interactions with MDMA, you're probably just using too much... but accutane is pretty rough on people apparently.
 
California United states, And the thing is, the night when i took the 8 pills i hadnt rolled in like a month. So i should have been able to feel the effects, im just wondering is the accutane is putting a damper on my ability to roll.

Also after that experience i tried rolling exactly 30 days again later and still no effect with tested mdma.
 
Yeah I've heard, like you said, that stuff is really powerful and isn't just straight up acne medicine, it suppresses hormones as well I believe and I wouldn't be surprised if it also acted as an SSRI or something like that
 
You are not the first to ask this question, indeed it was only asked recently for the same reason.

It appears that it does block the affects.

roaccutane + ecstasy = no dramatic change

Im currently undergoing roaccutane treatment and i have taken ecstasy on a few occasions i cant say that it does stop or weaken the effects of ecstasy because physically tend to feel the same its more just u tend to be depressed cos of roaccutane that the ecstasy doesnt pay out as well as it use to and im not an abuser i only take the drug at massive events once every few months. All in all i still get a decent kick out of E and the unbelievable sense of well being just not as much as before. Only negative effect i get is occasional stomache pain or cramp due to bothe drugs being harsh on the stomache & the fact that bothe drugs dehydrate u. just remmeber to drink about 5 litres of powerade the next day and ur sweet.

in your case i'd say its cos u use E to frequently not giving your body enough time to replace its seretonum content (the shit that regulates ur emotions). I'd suggest u look for something nice to bring those levels back up my mates a regular user he takes some weird stuff that he got from newzealand that replaces seretonum naturally before and after a night out, it makes ur peak better and it also cures your scatt day so u can go to work the next day just as fresh as u were before u got munted.
