Stimulants Accuracy of bioavailability rating of Adderall

Very simple question.

When Adderall is given a bioavailability rating of 75% when insufflated, does that number take into account the remainder that is potentially swallowed with the drip? If not, wouldn't that number be a bit higher, something like a mix of the rating of oral and insufflated?

Oh, and i'm finally having a good day for once in a while, I miss cheerful me.
