i was shooting a small amount of c about an hour ago and i stupidly left my drink, next to my water cup, and after injecting relaized that i had injected w/the drink instead of the water, the drink was flat, and i used probably less than 40 units, and only once, also i flicked all the bubbles out like normal, i was just wondering how bad this is from a one time use, it has been over two hours and im still kickin so should i still be worried? not a troll and im kinda new couldnt figure out how to edit my other thread...

I've used soda, beer, vodka. Usually because we were in a car with no water and didn't want to wait. I don't recomend it but it caused us no problems. Saw a guy accidently do a shot with bleach. They kept him in the hospital over night but he was ok. You'll be fine.

ok thanks guys, its been about four hours now, and i couldn't find any information on it i was just afraid that a Co2 bubble would fuck up my heart, but i took a xanax and everything seems to be going fine, it was just one accidental thing so i appreciate the help

You're not allowed to post the same thread twice. You should delete the other if you can or else a moderator will take care of it.

Do not start multiple threads for the same general topic. They will be closed. If you have another question related to your original topic, ask it in the same thread and, if necessary, a mod will rename the thread for you.

If you did not immediately die from injecting something, you are basically in the clear. Especially four hours later, you are alive and well, then yeah, no worries.

Yeah dude fucking FREAKED. He was like "Oh shit oh fuck bleach" I thought at first he meant he forgot to bleach the rig, which didn't make much sense, he was the one everyone was to scared about. Then it hits me what he meant I like "you gotta bite the bullet and go to the hospital" So we dropped him off outside the hospital. He told me later they kept him for observation but they didn't know what to do, basically they told him he would either die or he wouldn't. He didn't. Yeah it's funny as hell now but at the time... Who am I kidding it was funny as hell then.

I don't know much about IVing but this doesn't seem like the case with things like cotton fever or abscesses.

you will probably be fine, but it would be a really good idea to start using bacteriostatic water. or maybe distilled water if nothing else. bacteria like things like soda.

Jesus and I was worried that using filtered tap water wasn't "clean enough."

But if you can shoot with soda or bleach and live to tell the tale, I'm not worried anymore.

Just shows you how resilient the body is.

Shooting air bubbles isn't dangerous. I even had doctors and nurses tell me this while giving me IV drips on a few occaisions. As William S. Burroughs wrote, if shooting air could kill you there wouldn't be a junkie alive.

Shooting soda is bad news though, but not deadly.
