so i accidentally overdosed and it felt very toxic at the time - my skin went all pale
i had a panic attack and was getting socially paranoid
at times i felt i was about to fall unconscious, a friend had to keep me mentally occupied

it was very overwhelming and my brain felt like it was vibrating, there was alot of strain on my heart and my chest...

i recall suddenly praying at one point and then feeling alot better ?

NOW, i feel OK since. in fact the next day i went and saw some friends and was laughing somewhat and cracking jokes. ive been sleeping alot since the experience.

i half wonder whether this experience had alot to do with my psychological issues more then it caused brain damage or anything - and i wonder if perhaps subconsciously i wanted to overdose...? or whether it was just an accident i didnt perceive would happen

so anyway; im looking for advice. don't tell me if i've done irreversible damage or crap - i couldnt care less as we're all gonna die one day anyway; what i would like to know is what constructive measures would be good to take? of course theres eat healthy, sleep well etc (which i have been doing)

but is there anything else like i dont know specific foods or supplements to take that will help repair damage?

thanks

socialthizzn - do you recommend this just a couple times a week after the roll or on a daily basis?

How much did you take?

Overdose is a word that is used too often when people have a scary or bad experience with drugs.

Do you want to die - have you problems so bad that you wish to end your life? If not then the chances are that you didn’t make a subconscious decision to kill yourself.

It’s strange that you don’t want people to tell you that you have done damage but you want people to tell you what supplements you should take to repair damage.
Why do you assume that damage has been done?
You had a bad experience and now your trying to justify/ quantify your freak out by saying it was an overdose.

Advice – buy a test kit and read up on the effects of the drugs your going to consume.

Sounds to me like you're perfectly fine. Your roll was a bit intense perhaps either because the amount you took was too much for your system or the quality of what you took was very strong. But it's like having those few too many drinks the night before. Ruins the night, but not your life.

Sounds like you just got paranoid.

But, as much as you might not want to hear it, the best advice for anyone (whether they roll or not) is to eat a healthy diet (dark green leafy vegetables!), exercise regularly, enjoy happy, healthy and positive relationships with family and friends and decrease the stress in your life. This will improve anyone's life, whether they use drugs or not.

As a matter of fact, there are people who don't drink, smoke or use E who will die very early because they simply have bad eating habits, are sedentary and full of stress.

Living a healthy life allows you to enjoy everything (including rolls) more!

I doubt it was a mephedrone overdose, it doesn't sound like one. It just sounds to me like you were just paranoid and had a panic attack.

I use 2400-3200mg per day when I cycle piracetam.

Cognitive improvements have been shown at 800mg a day, so start there and if you don't notice an improvement in 2 weeks, up your dose to 1600mg per day.

This question is silly/confusing.

First you say "don't tell me if i've done irreversible damage or crap - i couldnt care less as we're all gonna die one day anyway".

Then immediately afterwards you start asking for tips on how to repair the damage. wtf. Why bother if you couldn't care less?

What does this have to do with mephedrone? It sounds like you just had a standard anxiety attack..

yea mephedrone+MDMA = serotonin syndrome

but this doesn't sound like serotonin syndrome. maybe shock
