Acacia confusa (tryptamine-rich root bark, orally active without MAOI)

On the DMT Nexus is a rationale why yuremamine and kukosaginine would not be fitting candidates to be active jungle spice alkaloids (according to this). Yuremamine would break down into 3 products when heat is applied.
Here and there the MAOI are believed to be beta-carbolines but conclusive or even remote evidence has still yet to be shown.

If this Acacia is active orally then it might be smart to dose it in 2 times, first to use it's MAO inhibiting properties and the second time to deliver the activated alkaloids.

jaced have you tried to clean up the end product with a re-crystalisation? and what dose was smoked to gain the effects your talking about? and what dose was eaten?

This is very interesting indeed as there are lots of these plants in this side of the world. Has an extraction ever been done with Acacia confusa? Hmm regarding jungle spice, i have tried DMT and DMT extracted with xylene (did it on the last pull). I get more bloody visuals and feelings of fear when jungle spice is smoked.
