Absolutely full of anger and rage why?

I drank that full bottle in about 2 hours last night, passed out quite early on but not before throwing up everywhere! Not gone into work either but will go a dinner time.
Anyway, as you can all imagine I feel like shit today hopefully my brain will have decided that drinking doesn't agree with me now so can stop for a good while! Kinda annoyed with myself for how I have been just lately kind of guilty maybe I'll be a bit more humble and less angry now

In my experience Buffnstuff,..Life has a way of humbling us if we get too out of our prams...but its all good.

F.U.B.A.R of course i'll send a prayer up for you. One verse that always seemed to give me more endurance when I needed it ( even before I became a Christian) was 'I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me.'Phil 4:13

You'll do it man and calmer waters will be back again. Springs on the cusp :D

I'm at a loss to what to say in here. I'm so sorry things arer't good for you Mr Buff. Anger is something very fleeting in me and I can usually yoga it out but I'm an old girl and I know the world is a hard place for you young men.

You are in my thoughts and goodwill <3

Don't know what else to say Erik, without being patronising. The rest of you have all given good advice.

that amount of booze not helping you, try and cut down and aim for a few dry days a week. im new to yoga, only 6 weeks but loving it, it helps me relax and have noticed im not flying off the handle over silly little things.

do you do any exercise ? , even 10 minutes walking a day will help. another thing i have started doing is no mobile phone, lap top or tv one day a week.

every evening i spend from 10 to 45 minutes listening to some meditation music and find im sleeping much better.
