I would normally take about 20 mg. But trust me, it's not any worse than opiate poops, plus, like I said, the diarrhea will balance you out. If you're feeling good enough that you haven't broken down and resorted to it, you're doing great!
The lope doesn't just help with the shits, it technically is an opiate/oid, I'm not sure which. It calms a majority of the symptoms and makes me feel about 75% well. It just doesn't cross the blood/brain barrier Like other opes unless you MEGAdose, like 70+ pills.
