About my benzo tolerance

Hi,

I am prescribed .25mg halcion a day, but I usually, though not always, take .5mg one day and then skip my dose the next. I don't get wd's if I cease to take it for several days, so I doubt I'm addicted physically. Anyway, my question is: do you think I have a tolerance? If yes, how 'big' do you think it is? Please keep halcion's ultra short halflife in mind. I've only been prescribed it a few weeks, one month tops.
 
you don't have much of a tolerance at all. coming off .25-.5mgs halcion is sort of like coming off 1mg xanax, which wont be much at all if you have only been taking it for a few weeks.
 
you should be able to answer your own question to be honest, you will feel the tolerance if you are not getting the same effects with your normal dose anymore. If you start needing more for the same effects then you will be building a tolerance definitely.
 
thanks to both of you. I understand, but my prescribed dose I can feel, just not all that much but then it is a low dose. Its just that halcion is supposed to be really strong, so I thought maybe I had a tolerance.
 
Maybe you do have a small tolerance but only you can tell that, would just be pure speculation on our part.
