Hi there,

I was looking for some more "accurate" information regarding MDMA dosage and I have a couple of questions:

  • The dosage table from Erowid, where do they took those values from?

  • In the site RollSafe they say that "Weight does not have a high impact on dosage for MDMA." but I can't find where do they took that information from.

  • Is there any research on this topic? or all the info is 'user-experiences' related?

Thanks!

Rollsafe is wrong.

mg/kg is the determinant for effects and duration -- so weight DOES MATTER

MDMA has non-linear pharmacokinetics meaning: the more you take the longer the half life in a non-linear manner (and the longer the roll)

a .5 mg/kg dose (40 mg) has a half life of under 3 hours (as low as 2) -- a 1.5 mg/kg dose (120 mg) can have a half life up to 11 hours ~8 average

AUC and peak plasma concentration are tightly coupled to dose and are non linear as well -- hence the frequent experience of someone being floored by a dose not much greater than they had previously taken

back in the day -- the WAY TO DOSE was about 150 mg -- 100, then the other 50 a half hour or 45 minutes later (hopefully before the comeup) -- technically not a redose -- but a peak enhancer based on empirical study

100 + 50 30-45 min later was much more intense at the peak than 150 single dose

I see.. thanks!
