so, this started as a theme night date idea. something to build more than the usual movie and popcorn night.

pick an actor or actress and then what you consider their best movies (or throw in some obscure ones that most people haven't seen starring said actor(ess) that you think should be viewed)
so this sets up a 'i liked him/her in....' situation

eg: kiefer sutherland- lost boys - really just because it is one of my favorite movies
eye for an eye- what i feel is his best performance as a main part of the cast
fire walk with me- a really fun and excellent movie overall that happens to have a very shy and amusing sutherland in it
truth or consequences, n.m.- his first shot at not only starring in the movie but also directing

so, continue with your own-

Charles Chaplin in Monsieur Verdoux - The speeches he makes in this movie are so awesome. He obviously had a lot to express and he couldn't do it much in his silent films. It's different to his usual films in that it's filled with dark humor, but Chaplin played the role so well.
