I have a pretty big opiate tolerance even tho im tryin to get clean now.But i just wanted to know.Lets say i put on a 75mcg patch.then i go ahead n smoke 2 bags of heroin the next day. would i get higher because im wearing the patch.Or would i get less high because i hav fent built up in my system allready after 24 hours n the fent is so much stronger then the d.
