Go to your room,
lay down,
turn on "Sex and the city",
and take some time...
for yourself,
for your family,
for your dreams,
for your passions,
for your wishes.
but don't make anymore time...
for those who don't deserve it,
for the anger,
for confusion,
for frustration,
for regret.
Lay there, look at the stars.
Turn your face, and look at that map.
(Did you know how long I used to look at that map?)
Imagine getting some more stickers, and labelling some more places. Think about those days and nights of blissful wandering that are coming.
Turn and look at that old monitor,
and look at those photos.
Friends that you miss,
and friends that you haven't seen in a long time.
Now, walk to your mirror, and take a look.
See how you've grown?
Now look deeper, and see how we've changed,
but how we still remain...
