Wassup BL fam…
I live with chronic pain, never been diagnosed but seen hundreds of doctors (yes hundreds) and never found an answer. My two main chronic issues are abdominal pain in the upper/middle left quadrant of my body. Right where your ribs meet in the middle and wraps through there could be a rib or my stomach kind of a thing. I’m reaching out for supplements, medications, and any suggestions as far as treatments you would recommend. What I have found helpful for it so far is opiates (obviously), benzos (but more specifically diazepam assuming because it has muscle relaxant properties), ketamine, kratom, and most recently Cyclobenzaprine (flexeril) and even sometimes lidocaine/menthol topical patches… I cycle through them to avoid tolerance and dependence but the pain still breaks through most compounds less potent than oxycodone or hydrocodone, and sometimes diazepam if I don’t take enough. Ketamine usually works but I have to take so much that I’m immobile… I need something that will keep me on my feet while battling a crippling pain in my abdomen that comes and goes cyclically. Any advice?
Ps: when the pains bad, the mental health is too as I’m sure some of you have experienced them complimenting one another in a rather negative and painful way…
Anything will be appreciated… it’s been a long road and each flair up the road gets longer
Peace and love yall
