Abdominal pain on NBOMe drugs

I tried 1.8mg 25c 2 nights ago and the abdominal pain is still lingering.
Has anyone else noticed this?
I get it with 25i on 1.5mg+ doses too.


It feels like a side stitch, but less intense and more constant.
Just under the last ribcage, on the right side.

It's been ~2.5 days now, it's slowly going away, but I would like to know if anyone else experiences this?
I don't get it on sub 600ug doses on 25c, and sub 1000ug doses of 25i.

I also get inner leg pain, I always thought that was due to vasoconcstriction.
The leg pain ins't that bad, you just lay down and it's gone. Only at night time usually does the leg pain become noticeable.

It feels really unhealthy, and the comedown always makes me feel poisoned.
 
I have made that decision already.
It's quite concerning.
I had it on 3mg of 25i too, but it went away the next day.

Now after a lot more testing and a break, with 25c 2 nights ago the pain is lasting longer.
Doesn't feel good, it was distracting me from my work today.
I will let it subside.
I think it will be fully gone tomorrow.

I just want to know if anyone else experiences it?

Go get your liver enzymes tested, man. If they're off, stop takin' that stuff. It could also just be a cramp or an ulcer, but it's really hard to say. I used to get a sharp pain in the back of my left shoulder whenever doing MDPV, and after various trials and retrials, (using other stimulants without the problem, and eventually benzos with the MDPV) i eventually realized it was most likely anxiety, although initially it scared me quite a bit. What you're describing sounds different, though.
 
I suspect it's unrelated stomach pain (probably related to your diet) and anxiety caused by 5ht2a agonism.

I started getting exact abdominal pain after (ab)using Methoxetamine for ~7 months (I tried other tryptamines/phenethylamines and 25C/25D-Nbomes, but I am sure that this problem was caused by MXE).
My ROA was sublingual, but the most of it was absorbed in my stomach.

I also sometimes feel abdominal pain in the center/left side or lower left back. I do not know the cause, but I guess it is a digestion problem (or ulcer, or kidneys).
I have these pains for 3 weeks now (I have not stopped my MXE use right away). I stopped using all research chemical use, it now has been a week and the pain is less noticeable with every day. It is almost gone.

Go get your liver enzymes tested, man.

What kind of test is this? I got my blood/urine tested, but nothing seemed odd. I planned to do internal organ echoscopy, but the pain is subsiding.
What do you think, should I do the echoscopy? (sorry for intrusion 8))
 
echoscopy? i think its an ultrasound man (or echography)... liver enzyme tests are performed on blood, so depending on what they looked for you might have already been tested. they speak of the functionality and general status of your liver, but it takes some serious damage to get these high enough to really speak of a danger (in other words, when they are modified, its quite serious)

anyway back on topic, since these compounds are known to be a cause for vasocontriction, tis quite possible that this is also your cause for pain. if i were you, id visit a doc and get it checked out (if possible/pheasable) even with leaving out the drug history if thats unacceptable. it is quite difficult to put a diagnosis through the forum eh, a human being has lots of things inside (so it might be the abdominal wall, the liver, stomach, bile and whatnot.

perhaps some general antiinflamatory medicine (ibuprofen and the like) might help?
a warm bath for vasoconstriction, keeping warm and satying out of the cold?
a healthy diet for a couple of days without excesses?

Yeah, ultrasound. I think it is not a serious problem, because the pain ceases with drug use stoppage. It may be the same with you, jaurk. It is time for a break :)

I will wait one more week, if I still feel the pain I will go to do some tests. I doubt it is kidney damage, because I have not abused it severely (had only 3-4 binges).
 
Occasionally, I'll get cramping like this on 25c as well. I noticed that when the ratios aren't correct or the 25c is diluted inefficiently, I get very undesirable effects. We ordered 1000 hits and since it was so much, we heated it for longer which caused it to evaporate. From that batch of 25c, I would get the WORST headaches, muscle cramps and on the come down, very bad stomach aches... it also gave me a strange head space change, which is weird because I feel generally sober in my head on 25c... We ordered a smaller amount and tried again... worst thing I got was the normal psychedelic intestinal bubbling.
How are you ingesting it?

Does heating cause a change in the compound to the point where there are all these undesired effects you mentioned? Anyone know if and how these NBOMe's can be altered from heat, alcohol or other ways? The description above is something we all want to avoid and if it is inflicted from heat etc, it would be good to clarify.
 
Honestly, I'm unsure... my best guess is that the water evaporated in the heat and it just got too potent... and in that case there was also too much alcohol in it. I'll ask my friend that I did this with to see if he has a better idea of what exactly happened. The weird thing is, only some people get these undesirable effects from that batch, others say it's just really strong.
 
I get that on 25-i, except its on the left side, under the last rib.

Also my whole left side, as in left arm, left side of neck, left side of my upper chest feel tightened from it.

The fact its always on the left side and never the right, has convinced me it has to be heart related.

I also have decided to not take it anymore.
 
Well, paint my nose red and call me larry, 1.8mg of 25C is one hell of a dose.

I've had stomach pains from LSD and other compounds before, and I can tell from the type of pain it is that it's vasoconstriction. It feels very similar to the pain you get in your legs on vasoconstrictive compounds. It happens only rarely (I've only had it happen a few times, and some of those times it goes away during the course of the trip). It's usually squarely in the middle of the solar plexus in case though, rather than off to the side like you describe, but I'm sure it could happen anywhere. It's probably going to be worse if your stomach is empty and you are in an energetic state, because the parasympathetic nervous system is resting and there is less blood flow there. External stressors such as exposure to bright light(s), and pent up sexual energy can also make vasoconstriction worse (in my experience).

Vasoconstriction can last well beyond the duration of the trip itself. I've had vasoconstriction in the legs lasting up to a week after a 5-MeO-MiPT trip, and it would come and go at different times depending on my activity and state of mind. It seems the NBOMes are even more highly vasoconstrictive than the tryptamines, so it should be borne in mind.

If it is your liver, gall bladder, or intestine, the pain will be completely different. If you do think it is any of these, switch your diet to a very light one consisting of mostly fruits and salads for a few days, and then eat a normal meal to see your body reacts to the load. This will give your digestive system some respite in order to recuperate. If not, go and seek medical advice.

Just stay off the NBOMes or any psychedelics for at least a few weeks to give your body time to come back to equilibrium before you start loading it with more 5ht-2a agonism.

I still notice the pain a tiny bit.
I'm pretty sure I have a P450 defiency.

I also swallow the giant mouthful of saliva after the 30minutes of absorbing.
So perhaps it'd be better to spit out the chemical instead of allowing it to go through my intensines.

The pain is still very, very midly/barely noticiably there.
I definitely wont be doing more NBOMe again, and at recreational doses I barely notice it really.

The high doses are just reckless on my body.
I'd love to go get tested and share the results, but that's not possible in my situation.
I am very certain this is related to 25x-NBOMe, I've only felt this on the comedown and after taking these drugs.

I feel fine now.
I haven't noticed any bad effects. My urine is fine and everything else is normal.
The pain is practically gone, it's so insignificant now, it should be pretty much gone tomorrow.
I have to focus on it to notice it now.
