Abdominal Pain near pancreas / Abnormal heart rate day after using Adderall

Stomach problems

I have been on suboxone for several years so I am pretty much always constipated. I have a script for two add 20mg ir a day and usually don't take them but lately I developed a habit. Last night into this morning after talking a couple adds I've been on the toilet constantly. I would say I cleared about a week worth of constipation completely out of my system over night. I still can't stop running to the toilet feeling like I have to make a severe bm, however there is no stool left and I think it's just strong acid fluid (kind of clear) coming out every five minutes or so. I read the post about the guy with appendicitis and it's starting to worry me. Has this happened to anyone else before?
I can't even imagine making it to a Dr or er because of the small interval between flare ups. What is happening to me? Can anyone offer some advice. It feels like my body is expelling things it shouldn't be. I'm starting to wonder if I might have some kind of intestinal parasite that is snapping out on the amphetamine.
Is there at least something I can do to dampen the powerful acid content I feel coming out of me? I know antacids could have bad effects with adderall. I have omeprazole, pepto bismuth, and tums. I don't want to constipate myself again because this is the first time in so long my entire system has purged of feces, but at the same time I don't want to look down and see my pancreas floating in the toilet.
Sorry for the crude nature of this post but I genuinely need help.

When you say you took two add 20 mg, you mean Adderall right? Perhaps from taking them in a larger dose than usual caused you to have the diarrhea. Just don't take any more until this liquid clears up. Drink water so you don't get dehydrated. If it's still troubling you tomorrow, you really should get medical help. There may be something more going on, not trying to scare you. Better to err on the side of caution and be safe ok!

Thanks for the reply. The problem is it is tomorrow and I'm crashing horribly and can't quit going. And seriously it isn't diarrhea, I have cleared everything from my intestines in solid form and I know it's everything because after making like twenty solid full bm's, I saw last night's dinner finally come out and ever since then it's been a clear fluid that burns severely when I pass it. I think it's hcl. and yes I was referring to adderall.
I think you may be right that it could be something serious but I'm having such a difficult come down that I can't get out of my head thinking about how I'm going to get through the day let a lone next ten minutes without redosing. I stupidly went through most of my monthly supply of klonopin trying to fight this with no resolve now I'm panicking about that. What a disaster, does anyone know what they do in an er to treat severe dysphoria and agitation from amphetamine?
 
This happened to me when I was withdrawing from Xanax. (the pure burning liquid bowel movements) When was your last dose of klonopin and suboxone? What are you redosing?

I'm in my third night of no sleep. I ended up taking 8 150mg Lyrica to escape the pain and then smoked weed. I've been stuck in this chair feeling like I'm on acid the lyrics blew my hat off and the weed made it insanely tripod. The last time I made a bowel movement there was nothing in the bowl except for some bright red strands that looked like they belonged to an organ in my body. So I'm pretty sure something severe is going to with me but I'm now getting the vasoconstriction headache and powerful dysphoria and agitation. I don't know how to make it through tomorrow. I really don't want to take more adderall but it's almost impossible not to when I have a whole bottle next to me and I start having a severe comedian. I don't even know what to say. I hate this drug and I wish I knew why my body completely purged itself of everything into the toilet. T Calder, when you had that problem during withdrawal, what was the end result?
 
I went to the hospital and they gave me IV fluids. The diarrhea subsided by the end of the day. Don't let this go on too long. If you're still having these symptoms, get some medical help! Wish you the best.
 
Update.......... Almost two weeks later I was at the end of the road still binging on adderall. Today my last hope before calling it quits with my life was to take lyrica. I took nine hundred milligrams and I completely feel like the two weeks of heavy amphetamine hell that I was going through never happened. What a miriacle. Sorry about spelling errors but I cant even see the screen, the letters are shaking around. I cant believe this stuff saved me like this. I have verbal diarhhea now ;ol

Im sorry I missed your reply. Thank you so much. I should have taken your advice but I was afraid of being seen at the hospital in this condition (being spun out on speed). I might have pertmanently damaged myself. Well see after the lyrica subsides. Ill probablly end up completely crrashing out into a deep sleep for days when this wears off.l I just need to fluysh the adderall while Im not craving it because of the lyrica. I dont want to ever take that garbage again. Thank you for your attention and wishes. Youll have karma points coming to you :P
