A very good, safe and easy way to minimize/prevent MDMA comedowns

Hey everyone.

I believe that i have found a way to minimize and even prevent MDMA comedows completely. I don't know if anyone posted this, I'm sorry if i break the rules. Note that this method is in my own opinion great, and some will not agree. It has helped me to completely prevent very intense comedowns in few mins.

Steps:
Get in meditation position or just lay on the back in your bad and make yourself as comfortable as you can.

Listen to it with stereo headphones at volume that is most enjoyable to you.
In 3-7 minutes you will feel very relaxed, happy, you'll be in great mood and you'll forget about the comedown.
It will even make your headache go away.

Now i tried this method twice and both times it helped me alot. Some users may react differently than others. I hope this will help you.

PS: I think I have put a misleading title, what I meant to write is: Good, safe and easy way to prevent/minimize bad comedowns, and headaches after MDMA.

This is the one really. I think dosage is the most critical component and the reason why I've never had a bad comedown nor experienced a massive loss of magic. Keep it between 100-200mg and I think most of the side-effects can be avoided even with extended use.
 
Get quality stuff, use infrequently, dose responsibly, keep hydrated and electrolytes up, breaks from dancing etc. Be otherwise physically and mentally healthy, and maybe do a pre/post-load regime if you really wanna make the effort. You will never get a comedown this way.

I'm sorry but this is not HR advice.

The other three responses are all you need - Test, stay hydrated, take breaks, Take less, take less frequently, do not mix with a lot of alcohol etc.

If people are on a major comedown then I agree listening to chilled out music will 'help' but it certainly will not prevent a comedown - if you also check the title of your link you will see this is a 'set' made to release 'more' dopamine etc which is the last thing you want to do during a comedown.

In my own case I am very careful with doses, and follow every safety advice, but still there are people that take higher doses by mistake and we are all different, maybe someone has bad comedowns even on small doses. I had them twice, and I am enjoying MDMA quite some time now, and both times this method helped me. That's why i decided to share it, so maybe it can help someone with headache and so on. :D
 
I appreciate you sharing what you believe to be helpful <3 and as I said chilled out music can be a godsend during a comedown. It is another tool in your belt to make you feel better and if this works for you then much respect.

Your title just grabbed my attention as that track will not in itself prevent a comedown (It is a great track though and I'm playing it now)
