From that article in the village voice does that mean that employers will be able to request that prospective employees get the drug vaccine before they start work or even before they apply for a job?
I am still at uni so am not too sure about what rights the employee has in terms of privacy but with blood tests and stricter controls on people applying what is going to stop large companies from setting conditions and if these conditions aren't met just telling the applicants that they aren't eligible? Is this a basis for discrimination or can companies just set these conditions?
I am guessing that if large companies want to ensure a drug-free environment that this is a fool proof way to go about it.
