I saw a man in a boat, it was a fishing boat, a "Head" boat at that. So, I went up to captain and said "I wanted a job" and he looked at my hands and said "Well son you look rather weak, but you have strong hands and so I'll hire you." Then I asked him "What am I going to be doing?" He says "Well with hands like yours I can tell you done this before I will make you the master baiter."
