Where are you
Where am I
I am lost in a familiar place
You are with me but I am alone
All I see is your back as you walk away
And leave me here to cry inside
Forever is countable time
Ticking away on a never ending clock
Tick tock Tick tock
Silence through the screams
Whispers in the darkness
Light pierces my black hole
Revealing me to the world
Have you seen me here before
I knew this place once
I remember it from a dream years ago
It was different then
You weren't here
Are these your tears that leave my eyes so blurry
Bitter sweet drops of memories escape me
Almost the same way you do
No warning to prepare me
Just footsteps left in the sand
Creating my trail of sorrow
Are you coming back to me
Or have I lost you for good again
I marvel at the mysteries you reveal
Am I comfused
Where are you
Why have you left me so vulnerable
Weak like the straw that breaks the camel's back
I hate you the way a husband hates his wife
I love you like a bleeding scar
I will find you again
One day when I have nothing to do
But you will only be a stranger
I have met before

Loved it! It has really good flow and I think by not breaking it up it left me feeling a sense of desperation among the confusion.
