A Strain for anxiety

It's different for everyone.

I know people who get lots of anxiety from Sativas so they only smoke Indicas.

I know others who don't like Indicas and get anxious from them but this doesn't happen with Sativas for them.

Just wanted to thank everyone for their input on this thread. Smoking is great however, as someone who suffers for panic disorder I do take a gable sometimes. There were actually a few studies coming out of Holland in regards to THC contents, long term use, and panic disorder...very interesting. I feel lucky, not too harsh on my panic but I appreciate the info in avoiding it as much as I can while still enjoying weed...
My input, yes, for those who have bad panic disorder, sometimes you are taking a gamble. I find it also depends on you state of mind when you do it (ie you think you are going to have panic/paranoia...chances are...you are going to have it).
For those who have it bad, I can relate, I say listen to the advice plus remember, even if you have one of those anxious highs, like panic attacks....they will end and are not permanent...the very few I have had that mantra has helped...
Hope that advice helps some and appreciate the other knowledge, I have learned a lot despite being 20 year smoker...call me ignorant and/or grateful :)
I am actually interested most in the comments that the medicinal grade gives less anxiety? It logically makes sense, anyone else have this experience?
As I said before if I go in thinking I am going to be anxious I will be...so for the most part strains don't make much of a difference. However, I do still to the more mellowing out type strains, that is no hallucinogenic (for me a major trip point), but ones that make you basically classically "stoned" for lack of a better term.
Pardon, this is only my first post so if I did something wrong please feel free to correct me! I read the rules as best I could :)
