A story I have to share involving robbery

Rule #1 of human behaviour:

Anyone is capable of anything given the proper circumstances.

You have to be Chuck Norris to step on a seatbelt from the back seat? Also, you say you'd have all this adrenaline and want to defend youself. What do you think I was describing? A rifle isn't exactly a closed quarter weapon, he grabbed it and had it under control first thing he did. That's when you'd shoot the other guy in the leg, and the girl would have a mental fixation on the rifle and you could subdue her by simply controlling the weapon. People with a weapon in their hand usually forget about anything but the weapon. The talk about legal consequences is just funny.

Ohh? Care to enlighten me Mr. Norris? I sure as hell don't want to be charged with attempted manslaughter (in a courtroom, the prosecution, if good enough, will find a handful of charges to slap on your ass). I know you could argue that he shouldn't be dealing drugs in the first place if your worried about legal consequences, but shooting someone in the leg during a drug deal is only going to add more to your prison sentence.

What is he gonna do? Say you were trying to rob him or something? He isn't gonna say a fucking thing, he'll go to the hospital and say he fell on a bullet.

If I was you I could have put my foot on the seatbelt of either the driver or the passenger, whoever you were behind. The seatbelt sticks out a bit at the bottom of their chair and you can restrain someone pretty well with that. Then you should have controlled your gun better. You had the situation under control but somehow he got ahold of the gun? That is weak.

Sounds to me like you were all scared to actually shoot someone. Like he just reached out and grabbed the gun from you and you didn't know what to do. Same as you did to the girl. To be honest, in the future I think you should skip the gun. You don't exactly sound like a marksman but you do have the experience in hand to hand. Skip the gun and just start punching that guy in the face man, that is what you know!

Don't bring a weapon if you aren't going to use it. Intimidation with a weapon comes from the feeling that this person might actually use it on you. To be honest if I was in your situation I think I would have at least shot him in the leg as soon as I had the chance. One into the leg then reach around and pull the seat lever and ram yourself into it. Get his ass locked against the stearing wheel by his seat with a bullet in his thigh and punch his girlfriend in the face a couple times and you would have been stylin'

Man you are tripping, you dumbass. You ain't never been in this situation before.
Who the fuck turns around with a rifle and threatens someone in the backseat with their seatbelt on? This isn't the movies, dude.

Go try to shoot the people in the front seat in the leg and see where it gets you.

Modhead, I think that what your friend did was stupid, man. 500 dollars is easily enough to get him shot. He is pretty lucky he didn't. Further, moves like this will land him in prison eventually.

Heh, and he sounds like someone I know. Not with this story, but with the other add ins of his life. I feel sorry for him, dude.

Ok, children.. inside a car with two people, one is unarmed, one has a rifle, you have a handgun.. you have the advantage the whole way, IF you are willing to shoot someone. The point I was making is don't bring a gun if you aren't going to use it, cause someone else probably is and this guy got pistol whipped with his own gun.

please don't take any of those personal attacks to the next level. nobody wants me to be a Nazi and edit posts. if a dude thinks he could, hypothetically, steal on two people with a rifle in their car - more power to him.

arguing over hypothetical situations is like arguing over who would win - Godzilla or Darth Vader.

Update:

Im doing fine now and I dont reget anything about what happend. Looking back I dont think I would have changed anything I did (cept for not getting in the car ;)). I definatley dont need dead bodies over my head. What good will that do? Id honestly be 10x more scared if I DID shoot some punk in the leg. What IF I shot him in the head? Id be in HEAPS more trouble. As far as using my "protection" as intimidation, I definatley agree this situation was wrong to bring it. Being the situation was WRONG all together. I fucked up. Lesson learned and have already moved on since. As far as revenge goes...

Not gonna do anything.

Yep you heard it. I dont know them and I dont CARE. All I remember is that my little ass took on 2 grown men and some redneck bitch with a rifle. NOT FORGETTING, I am STONE COLD LOCKED IN THE BACKSEAT the entire time these idiots tried to rob me. The feeling of knowing I got away from that is more than enough revenge for me. How awful they mustve felt after going home empty handed with a blood covered car. Not even one penny for the 50 mile drive they did.

If anything I thank them for the FAVOR! Because god forbid these kids never attempted this on me.... and someone else did with 2 or 3 more braincells.... I might actually be dead. Get my drift? Thats pretty much it right there.

thanks

modhead that was the most truthful explanation of dealing and the inherent dangers that accompany it ive heard in a while, scary story, more so because you didnt make your self out to be some ninja and round house them all unconscious. To those who say "ya should a shot him in the leg" oh please, the only fights most of you have been in would have been in 9th grade, also you will bleed to death fairly quickly if the femoral artery is severed in your leg.

Kul69 you dont have the advantage they got a fuckin rifle already pointed at your dome and you got a pistol in your lap uuhh yeah ur right tho with the guy with the knuckles already whoopin on him he definitly had the upperhand. id bet $1,000 ud be dead or robbed if u were in his situation shut the fuck up.

If it were me, i probably sadly would have kept my gun and shot a couple people which is really really bad because ur phone is probably the last one they called and ud be hot as fuck. Actually, i probably woulda got shot but if i was a UFC fighter that took the rifle away I woulda been too scared to not shoot everyone in the car...but they somehow took ur gun away thank god cuz u made it out without killing anyone!
congratulations now stop selling rolls cuz i think this post just made u really hot...

I really think u shouldnt have posted this on BL

dude i cant believe this happened to you! good thing you're alright man, be careful bro. glad to hear you're ok man, you live to fight another day!

What kind of cars have this "child lock"? I've never seen that before, and I've always wondered how people get locked into their cars in movies when they're about to be killed.

Many sedans have a control in the front that prevents the power locks in the back from working, so little kids can't open the door. Same goes for windows.

Many older cars also have a child lock on the inside of the rear door that can be put on when the door is opened. Its' a little "toggle" lock that isn't really noticable unless you look for it.

why would you get into a car with 3 people if you are 1, goin to deal drugs. especially if you dont know them. yea you did a good job fightin for your life but if you were a lil bit smarter you never would have been in that situation. if your the dealer you should always have the upperhand. make one of those kids get in your car
