i wanna try hydrocodone tomorow, but im worried if i take it ill die since i take xanax,if i didnt take the xnax that day will i be ok?

If you leave 12 hours between your last alprazolam (Xanax) dose and hydrocodone dose you will be fine. If this is your first time taking hydrocodone I would suggest you look into the following thread, the beginners guide to opioid use, specifically the hydrocodone section:

If you take xanax everyday, then you are most likely tolerant to your dose. You should be able to take a small dose of hydrocodone without worrying. It is a dangerous combo but it depends on your tolerance and the dosages. How much xanax do you take and how much hydrocodone were you thinking?

^Yeah, if you could give us the dosages it would be helpful. If you're tolerant to your xanax dose and don't overdo it on the hydros it should be fine, but you're smart to ask.

^Oh, yeah. If you're taking that much xanax, even if you're tolerant by now you should definitely taper down before doing any other drugs really.

Yes it is definitely a dangerous combo since both are depressants. It is very hard to OD on either drug alone, however with both of them you can OD relatively easy.

Try to experiment and taper up to where your comfortable.
Usually 20mgs of hydro and 1mg of xanax is a good high for me... (however I have no tolerance)
You could go higher but I wouldn't deem it safe... How much xanax do you take AtTheMoment?

there's no need to taper down the xanax in order to consume some hydro. it's a simple matter of taking a small dose to begin with as his body is adjusted to the xanax being in him.

start with a minimal dose of 5mg and work your way up 5mg every 45-60mins until you find the nice soft spot where you can subtly feel the effects of the hydro.

preferably have a friend with you to look after you in case of an accident, or have someone close by on dial. let someone know what you're up to. it's always best to use with a friend or two when you're using opiates, and especially when in combination of another central nervous system depressant such as xanax,

stay safe.

I can't condone that taking opiates with no tolerance in any recreational amount is going to be safe if you are taking benzos (even if you are very tolerant to them). I think the best advice is to just avoid it, but if you do want to proceed, do as much to reduce your benzo intake leading up to it as possible, and also be sure to take none once you've dosed the opiate.

Also, aim for a lower starting dose of the hydrocodone than someone with no opiate tolerance would. Start at 5mg, and that may get you right to where you want to be.
