i started rolling a little over a year n a half ago almost 2 years n total ive rolled 62 times (i know weird that i kept count) tabs dont seem to effect me the same as they use to even when i take like 4 er 5 in 1 night but the comedowns and hangovers are worse then ever! i tried taking a break for about 2 n a half months n rolled again on 3 tabs in 1 night and still eh. so a sign i need to quit for good? i feel broken :P

You've been on BL long enough to come across info on MDMA and spacing but: the minimum wait time between sessions is thought to be 30 days, some theories suggest up to 90 days. If you're at 62x, you're roughly at 3x the suggested minimum amount- 2 months is likely not enough time off.

For those in your predicament, taking an extended break is usually the best course of action. During that break, it's best to avoid replacing MDMA with another drug that interferes with serotonin or it's levels (avoid bk-MDMA, mephedrone, and 2c chemicals). Piracetam is extremely helpful to those who have damaged their receptors (and even those who haven't), you'll find quite a few threads on the topic in here. I personally found it instrumental in recapturing the "magic" that MDMA had when it was newer to me.

If you want to check out a thread on spacing and read others experiences: http://www.bluelight.ru/vb/showthread.php?t=558601

Over a year ago, I stumbled across this report on erowid on the effects of piracetam and shared it on here - many of those who read it and tried it have had excellent results: http://www.erowid.org/experiences/exp.php?ID=9126

I don't think that you'll never be able to use MDMA again in your life time- I think you need an extended break (6 months to a year), and the best way to get through that break is to not allow rolling to be in the forefront of your mind. Accept that it's not a part of your life right now, and move forward. For some who have abused MDMA, no amount of break seems to return them to the mind-blowing meaningful MDMA experiences they once had- for others, an extended break does just the trick. It's impossible to say how it will go for you, but so long as you give yourself an extended break, you'll at least get a chance to recover as much as is possible for you.

I'm no expert, so take this with a grain of salt, but 62x in a year is a LOT!! I would suggest at LEAST waiting 6 months to a year if not more. I would wait even longer. I would kick Molly out of my life for a while and enjoy life on a more sober level. Try it again after much time has passed and see how you react to it. If you react negatively I would tend to think you've done extensive damage to your serotonin receptors.

A 6 month break will help you get rid of all the negative effects from MDMA (ab)use. While you are on your break, try and lead a healthy lifestyle. Eat right, exercise, do something productive.

A 6 month break will allow you to enjoy MDMA once again, just try not to go overboard the next time you start using MDMA.

EDIT: +1 on the Piracetam, it can do wonders. Although, some people do report that it doesn't work for them.

Pretty much listen to what others here have said, particularly Bsiren. If you've rolled that much, that means that you've rolled roughly every 12 days for the past 2 years, and that's a lot of abuse. Take a 6 month - year long break from MDMA and similar drugs, and consider breaking from drugs that don't affect you serotonin levels as well. Stay sober for a while, see how it feels.
