Hello everyone!
I am not a newbie here - I joined a long long time ago and sort of drifted away when life took over. I also don't have access to my old email address nor do I remember my old username - oh well!
Anyway, life has a funny way about it and here I find myself again.
Sticking with the intro questions - I am from the USA and enjoy horseback riding, pc gaming, art and chilling on my back deck with my hubby smoking a nice hunk of brisket and sipping on some tequila.
My drug timeline is definitely a colorful one but maybe not so much compared to others. I did not drink in highschool or do any drugs. My only vice was cigarettes which I actually quit cold turkey about 10 years ago. I stem from a family with a background of heavy drinkers (which is ironic because although I do like to drink, I am in no way an alcoholic nor do I abuse alcohol. Ok, I do like a drink after work so maybe more then average but not excessive
) - whether there was more going on then that I couldn't tell you but all in all my childhood was pleasant and home life was good.
My drug use started when I was about 19 - mainly mdma and A LOT of coke (I started smoking weed at this point too and continue to do so). That continued with the addition of oxys and a few other "come down" pills until I ODd and ended up in rehab. Been clean off coke for 8 years AND I WILL NEVER DO THAT SHIT AGAIN. Seriously, worse drug ever imo.
I am in my 30s now and have really no desire to do anything except for psychedelics, weed and tequila. I never had the opportunity to obtain shrooms or acid but my plug threw in a few shrooms with my green and I have since picked up a few more grams.
This Friday will be my first ever trip with shrooms and I am FUCKING EXCITED AS HELL. This is also the main reason why I am back here at BL with all you beautiful people. I have been trying to read and learn as much as I can about them as I want to be as educated as possible. End goal is to trip once every few months, smoke my pot and drink my booze.
I hope to learn, meet new people and pass some time here with like minded people.
Annnnnnnd this ended up longer then I wanted but here we are.
