A sensitive problem

Just a wild guess here, but is it possible that you are straining when you lift and this could be make them pop out worse?
Anyhow, eat all the protein you like but you better have lots of fiber and liquid in your diet. Eat some beans, they have protein and lots of good nutrients, and lots of fiber, too. Or have some oatmeal with nuts and protein powder in it. Meat has zero fiber. And while your at it, I'm pretty sugar isn't good either.
Good luck!

I never thought of lifting causing hemmeroidsbut you make a very good point. I am straining alot because i lift heavy. And my piles have gotten way worse since i started lifting. You made a very good point.

They come from sitting down too much, because long periods sitting puts pressure on those tissues. Same goes for constipation that makes you strain a lot on the toilet. Essentially they're varicose veins, only on your anus. (As for those on the legs, both too much standing AND sitting contributes to their formation, because the blood tends to pool in the lower limbs from the lack of movement. It impairs effective circulation.)

How bad are they? If they are really large, painful and bleed frequently, creams won't really do much. Can you reposit them with a finger, or are they permanently prolapsed? If they won't go back inside you ought to consider the surgical option. Forget your mother's bad experience, techniques have improved and developed A LOT.

Traditional haemorrhoidectomy involves cutting them out, which obviously is quite invasive, and has a prolonged recovery time of between 8 - 12 weeks, usually painful and uncomfortable. There's much better options now.
For grade 1-3 you can either get 'binding', which is tiny rubber ligatures tied around the haemorrhoid, which cuts off the blood supply so they just shrivel up and fall off. Or you can have them injected with a substance that has much the same effect. For grade 4s there is either laser or the Rafaelo method which uses radiofrequency (I've had the latter). Both are minimally invasive ambulant procedures, it's done under local anaesthetic, only lasts about 30-40 mins, and you walk out the same day. The rate of recurrence is only 10% so chances are it's one-and-done and you're permanently rid of the things. For me it was definitely worth it. They were getting very bothersome.

My piles are pretty bad and they are bleeding abit. I font know if they are permanently prolapsed or not. Fuckin hope they are not.

I am responding rather well to the preperation h though. Today they are not hurting at all only abit of itching.

So i have had hemmeroids on and off now for months but they have gotten bad in the past few weeks. I mentioned this to my shrink and he mentioned well surgery is a option! Like wtf i do not fucking want surgery down there! My aunt had that surgery done years ago and it was horrible for her. I just bought some preperation h so hopefully this shit actually works. My shrink said the over the counter stuff often doesent work but i remember the last time i had hemmeroids like 20 years ago i bought some and it worked really well.

How likely is surgery though cause i really dont fucking want to have surgery down there. Is my shrink trying to freak me out or what because you had bet my hemmeroid ridden ass im going to be hitting him up for more benzos and zopiclone if this shit dont work.
I had a mild to moderate one once and it went away once I stopped being constipated. So, they can heal on their own.
