a quick Q about benzo tolerance?

Say, you've done your fair share of xanax and built up your tolerance 100% ( double dosage to fill effects ) & never done any other benzo. Would you have any tolerance for other benzos like Valium or Ativan? If not, it would be wise to switch up drug use to balance everything out, say?

all benzos have a CROSS TOLERANCE if im not mistaken ,so i would take a few days OFF before takin any other ones

Yup... if you have a monstor tollerance to Xanax then it will take a larger dose of most any benzo for you to get off...

What is considered a monster tolerance? Last night I took 6mg of Xanax and got very fucked up, but I drank a bit of alcohol. Tonight I took 3 1mg pills, along with a 6 pack and 4 somas and I'm starting to buzz. I'm not a big benzo user either, I suspect I've got a tolerance due to my weight, 270 at 5'10
