A question of Love?

I don't care if I sound cliché
but I feel i've found the one
The one who looks at me that way
who makes me feel i've won

I'm addicted to you, and I don't know what that means
I thought love was gentler then this, love isn't what it seems
I feel so delighted at how you've finally made me feel
the things you say to me, feel so genuinely real

You make me work for you, and that's which I adore
for those before you would not teach me for fear of creating war
but you encouraged me to get places, and claim responsibility for my actions
I feel a need to live up to your standards to impress you more and more
because love has it's actions and inspires my reactions and makes me feel so raw

So an artist works for their passion, as it doesn't feel like work at all
for it's only when they part with their passion, that they feel uncomfortable
No pricetag can be put on any artwork for real art is priceless
which is why my love is free, as just like art it's timeless.

I don't care if your love isn't for me and you attain your happiness from others
for in this moment, my feelings suggest your happiness is all that really matters

So like a bird I let you fly, just like you let me
knowing that these feelings must come to you naturally
and if it was meant to be, you will be with me eventually

I just want to see which direction you fly, to make sure it's a wise choice
and so instead of letting you diverge spontaneously, I make you use your voice
I may indulge in you, and if it's not your thing, tell me that it is so
for it's when your happiness is what is affected by me is when I want to know.

I hope so too wordy, hopefully it will remain that way.. but this poem only outlines my feelings, not so much the relationship as a whole, we'll see.
